Willie is a highly experienced Messenger-at-Arms & Sheriff officer, his approachability and ability to provide practical and innovative solutions to complex issues both within the domestic and international markets is one of his key strengths.
Willie was first commissioned as Sheriff Officer in 1980 and received his commission as a Messenger-at-Arms in 1986. During this time he has gained a wealth of experience practicing in both rural and inner city sheriffdoms. He was assumed as a partner in Walker Love in 1994. He is currently Immediate Past President of the Society Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers. Willie manages Quality Assurance within the business and oversees the diligence services and offices.
Providing all of our officers and clients with technical advice and training, Willie ensures our commercial, local authority, central government agencies and private litigants are kept fully up to speed on regulatory, legislative and technical procedural changes and developments. He is also responsible for all European and International citation and enforcement, management of our vehicle fleet and mobile communications.
