Chris has over thirty five years of experience in civil enforcement and debt recovery and was assumed as a Partner with Walker Love in 1999. He is a qualified Messenger-at-Arms and Sheriff Officer and leads our Revenue Management Team providing recovery and enforcement services to Scotland’s Local Authorities.
Chris initially qualified as a Sheriff Officer in 1987, a Messenger-at-Arms in 1988 and graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in 2006. He has served on various Executive Councils of the Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers, holding the posts of Secretary, Vice President and Deputy President over a period of 20 years.
