Walker Love is a 3rd generation family business which began trading as ‘George Walker’ in Glasgow in 1946 as a firm of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers. Following a series of strategic acquisitions, George Walker & Co merged with HM Love & Co to form Walker Love in 2006 and then in 2009 the firm acquired James Reid & Son. As a result of these mergers and acquisitions, the firm has grown to become a nationwide market leader with 6 local offices throughout Scotland.
The firm is a member of Connexx international network and is uniquely placed in Scotland to advise clients on how best to enforce, recover and trace debts across the Europe.
Walker Love is committed to tackling not only the impact of debt on individuals’ lives but also the causes of debt and its wider consequences. The firm has established links with Money Advice, Citizens Advice Scotland and fully supports the Scottish Government’s policy in this area by providing individuals experiencing financial difficulties with information and onward referral advice to help individuals improve their situation. >find our more
