David has over thirty years of experience in citation, civil enforcement and debt recovery. He is qualified as a Messenger-at-Arms and Sheriff Officer, a board member of International Union of Judicial Officers, a member of National Association of Professional Process Servers of America and he is a past president of Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers.
He has specific responsibility for developing the firms business in all market sectors with specific focus on developing international relationships and a network of professional contacts throughout the world, including Judicial Officers, Solicitors and Government Enforcement Agencies.
David has been instrumental in the creation of Connexx International, which is a EU wide organisation which helps Scottish businesses recover debts, enforcement civil actions and serve citations across borders.
